It's not a good online fax service

1- The product often doesn't work. There are server interruptions all time time
2 -The UI is so, so, so, so slow.
3 - And lastly- they will shut down your service if you send or receive too many faxes (even if you have paid for a plan that covers unlimited faxing). Our account just got shut down for this reason, and our business relies heavily on online faxing.
