Unfortunately the website is in Turkish. With the help of Google translate, I managed to read it in English. Found the website from wikipedia. They published whole gps file of Saint Paul Trail which is kind of a rare information.

I successfuly signed up without any warning. I carefully read their blog and tos before signup. After signup and getting approved I said to myself let's look what they've got and tried to fill "request money" page.
What I noticed is that I can not select Turkey as a country. It simply doesn't appear in the drop down selection list.
I immediately searched their whole website regarding this issue, maybe Turkey wasn't in their list for a reason... not a single post regarding this issue. So I mailed their customer service.
They asked me couple questions, bla bla bla. Eventually I learned that I cannot request money from Turkish residents.
I asked the customer service to issue a press release, they said they are considering it in the future.

One of my orders was damaged. I contacted customer support and provided evidence. They shipped a new item before receiving the damaged good.

We have a restaurant in Berlin and we had to make a restaurant linen purchase. By doing google search we found Belta company from Turkey. After sending and receiving couple emails and phone calls, we decided to try our chance. Eventually we ordered table clothes for our business. We've been told that it would take 1 week to produce and plus 3 to 5 days for international delivery. Within 10 days, we received our goods. They kept their promise and the table clothes were excellent quality at a reasonable price.
