I purchased tickets for the 7th in Philadelphia. No confirmation was sent to me by email. The confirmation came when I called customer service on Oct 1. The tickets on that confirmation were to be issued to a game in Wash DC on Oct 14. All agree that it was their error. Customer service in Jamaica has no power but you will be on the phone with them for a while until you figure that out. The contested amount is 624 dollars for two tickets. It will take 72 hours to talk to someone who may or may not choose to help.

"FanProtectTM means every order is 100% guaranteed" Nonsense. They are giving coupons that cannot be used back. They have customer service that is not fluent in English and tells different tales. My loss is 600 dollars in a time of plague. The other vendors have returned the money. They carefully say that California/Mass customers can have money back. This is an Ebay firm... cash flow positive... So consider sending Ebay a message also. Christopher was the manager who spoke with me and he suggested that I find someone in another state and give them my password to use the coupons. I think that is illegal in India also.

Send this firm a message... use any of the other ticket sources.

When I am transferred to Priceline the price of the rental is more. Once by 30 dollars a day. AutoSlash has problems

Hi Helen, I do appreciate your feedback.

I looked in our system for anything under the name of "Helen S." While I couldn't find any emails to our support team (so it looks like you didn't reach out to us for help on this matter), I did find a quote request under your name for Providence airport on April 17th that you submitted three days ago, so I'm assuming that's the one that prompted your review.

In that quote, the best rate we found on other websites for you was $352.48, but we found you a rate of $285.91. I just re-ran that quote now and it's actually coming up even lower, at $280.33. And even better, I went through the booking process on Priceline and it confirmed at that rate!

I went ahead and booked it and had Priceline send a confirmation to your email address, so you should be all set to go! I'll follow up by email directly to you to confirm everything.

If there are any other rentals you're having issues getting booked, definitely please reach out to us by email (just reply to the quote we emailed you--that's the easiest way for us to find it, or you can contact us by clicking on "Help" on our site). We have a very passionate team of experienced and competent travelers (NOT an outsourced, clueless call center!) who love to help share our experience and knowledge about the travel industry and saving money with others. If you have trouble booking a rate we've found, we almost certainly have ways we can hack the systems into getting them booked or can do some digging to figure out exactly what the root of the problem is. Hopefully you'll let us help you by emailing us for assistance--I promise that'll help you out much more than not reaching out to us and instead leaving a review here without giving us the opportunity to help (and we don't even charge for that expertise or assistance).

Absolutely no bait-and-switch intended--we simply find the best rates and then help you book them and don't even charge anything to do so, so our only mission and goal is to save you the most money possible. It wouldn't even be in our interest at all to quote you an inaccurate price only to have you pay more, since you pay the rental companies when you pick the car up and not us. It’s simply that the there are a lot of moving parts between Priceline and the car rental companies’ reservation systems, and frankly, car rental companies are not known for their excellence in information technology.
