I bought a jumper which looked scruffy in a few days with the wool bobbling and piling. I live 100 miles from a store and asked to return it by post. This was refused. I explained it was too far to travel and was told to contact customer service. They told me to email them with photos. After two weeks I had no reply. I resent the email stating that I would go to trading standards if they failed to reply. I then got a standard reply telling me to return it to store!. Poor service, no customer care.
