I shopped Folica for many years but never had cause to return anything. A couple of months ago I purchased a hair treatment that cost me $42! I didn't like the results after trying the product so I returned it. Since I hadn't received a refund yet, I called this week. I was told that since the product was opened, I am only entitled to a store credit, not a refund. What?! How am I supposed to know how the product works if I don't try it? Apparently they don't stand by the products they sell. I will NEVER shop this company again. In addition, they never communicated this to me. If I didn't call, I would have no idea that they issued me a store credit. Please be warned if you shop this store; Sephora blows them away!
