I ordered a box set in 2010 from the above site and on receiving it found that out of the 15 discs, 2 were completely blank and at least 2 others jumped and pixelated. I then contacted customer services to request that they re-issue the defective discs (as stated that they would on their website listing what was wrong with each disc and the number of the disc. Did not hear anything and have again contacted them about 10 times still with no success. Last time I e-mailed them I told them that I would contact my credit card company with a view to getting a refund, but still have not heard anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU SUBSTANDARD ITEMS.
