Excellent company with outstanding customer support! I ordered the wrong filters for my Aprilaire system mentioning that I should have ordered filters for a 2200. I submitted a return request expecting to get a return label then I was going to order the correct filters. I received an a email to keep the filters (donate to someone) and that the correct filters were being shipped at no charge! Unbelievable! Telling everyone I know to check the site for all their filters!
