They charge for the first month $19.99. And you started talking by email or chat with someone and they block you asking you to pay for credits to chat with someone, so the only thing you are doing is giving them money after money and you can never talk to someone until you feed their bank account. Their customer service is in Malta and dumb. They are using people emotion and people desperate to find love to make money. They say after 3 months you have given them all your money you can have the service for free. Ridiculous and disgusting.
