“Check in online has priority over walk ins.”

I went to get a haircut at the western row great clips in mason and as I was sitting there for 45 minutes I watched my name on the list get dropped down cuz on online check ins. If you walk in and people online check in after you've been waiting 45 minutes they have priority over you. I've been going there for years now I will not go back. Plus I was never told how the the wait was. On the window it says walk in welcome I find that to be false advertisement cuz if your a walk in you still have to wait for the people who check in online after you were there first
