I am from Germany and owner of a real estate and constracting company for 25 years! Never in my life I had such a worse and shocking experience like with this company! The „Quality" of this company and the products is a NIGHTMARE! All the promised was NOT delivered. It was a master shown of a window in the factory how the windows and terrasse doors should be delivered. Delivered was a Do it yourself hardware market cheapest from the cheapest quality, perhaps for a social house and not for a Luxury Villa! The only quality product they delivered was a folding door for the extension side of the house,- and as I recognized, this was delivered from a third party company, but even this one the handles were falling down the first day and until now not repaired. The rest of the terrasse doors is not proofing against wind, dust, noise and water and every 2 days they are broken. Unfortunately I paid already 90% of the totally overpriced cheap windows and there is only one way to court and claim the money back, and remove all the doors with another serious professional company. I cannot recommend this company at all! They have the best sales man Mr. Umair,- but don‘t trust any word and any promisses! You will wake up in the worst nightmare EVER! The products is the cheapest from the cheapest and not working from first day on. The beautiful pictures on the webside, you will not find in you house! If you want to have the worst nightmare in your live, then order with this company. If you need more detailed information, contact me anytime. I ordered a dress in electric blue. Delivered was a dress total different design and in red! Then I should send the dress including 5 days on my own costs to USA from Germany! How should this? Otherwise they would not accept to take the dress back. I cannot recommend this company! It is not serious at all! I order a lot in the internet, but I never had such problems before!
