I placed my first order on Jan 7th and had not real expectaions of a delivery date. On Jan 14th my tracking info with UPS said the package had been handed off to the local post office and no other tracking info was available. I had emailed customer support and received no response. So after contacting the post off I finally tracked my package down but to my surprise only part of my order was in the box! Very disappointing! I have emailed customer support and still have not received a response as to where the rest of my stuff is! I would not recommend this site. The deals are great but if you can't count on what you will really receive, what's the point?!
