Update: after a week of calling/emailing/messaging, I did get through to this company through their fb page and have now received my card (though there's a typo on the card)
These people don't answer their phone or email. I passed my exam, but the link to print my card doesn't lead anywhere... no help to be found. If I can't get the tech support to print the card, then my $50 and lots of time are wasted.
