I just lost $ 130.00 on my first purchase because the package was never delivered to me and Stylewe doesn't bother to look it up.

And we did promise that if you could provide us a case number, we will refund you full.
Since the logistics company rejected to provide you the case number, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 40% money refund.
We shipped the parcel to your address accordingly. Please understand we lost the package as well.
