ORDERED OVER A MONTH AGO, CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES... STILL NO PACKAGE. I LITERALLY COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE MATERIAL AND MADE MY OWN SETS IN THE TIME IT HAS TAKEN FOR MY ORDER TO STILL SAY ITS BEING PROCESSED! WHERE IS IT BEING PROCESSED IN NEVERLAND? I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE OF THE BULL$#*! THAT YOU GO THROUGH FOR THIS COMPANY TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER THE GOODS!

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that you had such an unfortunate experience with the shipping of your order, as it is never our intention to create inconveniences for our customers and we do try our best to always assure the delivery time stated on our website.
This is why, we deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.
