Received excellent service from the get-go with Mateo from New Caffe Italia keeping us informed every step of the way with trackable delivery from DHL. Since its arrival, we've been most impressed with our Rancilio and feel it lives up to its reputation. Love the quality of the coffee produced. Worth watching Youtube videos to familiarise and perfect the coffee making.
