Update. Was able to get a refund however I left messages on Facebook and their email before this happened. At first I was very angry about how this was handled but upon checking other reviews I think this company had a very good reputation prior to COVID. I still believe their orders should be handled differently or at least put a better notification on their website.
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, keeps getting delayed, unable to contact anyone from customer service. They do not answer their phones. Cannot leave any kind of message through their website, finally left an email and waiting for a response... I would love to add a photo but no flowers to be seen...
