The quality of the products are often listed as good or excellent but in reality there is often damage that renders an item unusable. The damages are often additional stains or holes. And their return policy is only 14 days, you must pay for the shipping and restock fees. It's impossible to get in touch with actual customer service reps as well. Borderline scam-like. Use other retailers if at all possible. Attached photo is holes in the rear of an item said to be in 'excellent' condition.

“I was thinking about looking into them, but knowing the hassle that comes with returning an item if the seller misrepresents an item has turned my interest off. If they're not going to protect their customers, then they must not want customers.”
