Customer service is the worst! They refused to take a return on a defective product that was gifted to me. I did not have a recipe or order # so they told me to have the person who gave it to me to call them. I explained that I was not going to tell that person that their gift fell apart and that it was a Frontgate product only made and sold only by them. Further I offered to take pictures of it and send it to them. They refused to come up with an alternative solution to accommodate me. I even spoke to a supervisor who was just as unaccommodating. I have had to return gifts before to other vendors without proof of purchase and I've never had this problem especially when it's a proprietary product.
