They promise shipped received by dates. They use phoney tracking numbers that don't exist then use weather excuse that don't exist in the path of delivery. Bogus $#*! company not sure I will ever get my pants.

Hi Heather, this sounds very strange. We don't use fake tracking numbers, and have never used the weather as why our products are not arriving. It sounds like you may have ordered from somewhere else. All of our orders always include an invoice, and we always offer returns and exchanges. You can check your order confirmation and bank statement for "Betabrand" and also look at your order number to start with "101" to verify that you ordered from us.
