Stay away from the bender ball - Okay, so it seems like a good deal for $9.95... but here is the catch. You automatically get signed up for a subscription service for all sorts of bender products and you have to call them to cancel it. The ball itself is a tiny cheap plastic ball and a video, but hey for $9.95 it isn't a bad deal. The bad deal is the subscription model of making money off of us. But the basic exercises are useful and they do help.

Do not go to American Laser Center unless you want a sham doctor - The doctors that own these centers are almost never plastic surgeons or dermatologists, they usually are not very good.

Have you given up on match.com? - I tried match.com like everyone else for 5 months and got nothing but 50 cups of coffee from player guys. Eharmony was a joke. A friend of mine recommended this site and it really wasn't much better. But I did somehow find a couple decent guys off of this site, and I asked them why they were on this site instead of match and they both said they had not much experience in online dating and just stumbled upon this site. I think that is why this site is so good... it isn't so popular and plagued with guys just wanting to have sex.

Great way to avoid loser men - If you are sick and tired of those player guys and want to meet a quality type of guy who cares about more than just getting laid, check out this site. I was only vegetarian for 4 years, but I saw this site and found some really great vegetarian guys. All of them were very sweet and completely different from the usual guy at a bar. Girls... even if you are not vegetarian you should check this out.

SF bay area based alternative medicine center - If you live anywhere near SF and you are interested in learning about alternative medicine or have a medical problem that hasn't been solved by your local doctor at Kaiser, go to this website and see if they can help. I went to one of their lectures and these guys really know what they are talking about.

Alternative medicine by a real MD - Most alt med sites are run by non-MDs... usually someone without real medical knowledge. But this site and forum is run by an MD who practices alternative medicine and it has great newsletters and even has podcasts. I listen to these as I drive to work.

Vanilla alternative medicne - This site is great for those people who go to their regular doctor and generally believe in modern medicine but every so often go to whole foods to buy some ginko. It is that level of alt med for the masses.

The internet is a dangerous place when looking for health care you can trust - This site is about general healthcare, but it really does a great job of education people how to take care of their medical problems. It is more like integrative medicine and combines some alternative healthcare and mainstream medicine. Highly recommend this site the next time you have a medical question

If you are looking for crazy people, you'll find them here - Okay, I will admit my theories about religeon, medicine and our government are a little different than most, but if you check out this website, you will be scared on how some people view the world. It is like a gathering of people so out there it is frightening. Fun to check it out though.

Anti establishment magazine - If you have a friend who is "skeptical" of our government, healthcare, religeon, etc... get them a subscription to this magazine, it really is filled with great ideas.

Catholics stay away from here... - I was raised catholic and then slowly became agnostic over time. I had been looking for a community to explore my non mainstream beliefs and this was a great place for me to do that. We discuss everything from alternative medicine healing to religeous beliefs

Ayurveda forum and chinese medicine - This small community is nice and the people are great... no spam. They focus on chinese medicine and Ayurveda.

Acupuncture face lift discussion - found this great little forum and it had a nice discussion about people who have had acupuncture face lifts. I heard about it, but never had a chance to meet people who had this done. Nice little website for discussing the more obscure alt med topics.
