I spent over $500 with this company back in late January and early February on 13 items in total. I have received 5 items so far.

The first two items are great; a great black dress and a very expensive-feeling long black cardigan. They came quickly and I was delighted. So far, so good.

The next two items are poor. One dress looks nothing like the one on the website and may be wearable, even though it is very disappointing. The other, a top and matching trousers of great design which cost me $49, is much smaller than promised and the fabric is the cheapest possible. There's no way I'll wear it.

I have tried to engage with their customer services team about missing items - 9 in to total - and a returns process for the nasty top/trouser combo, and they are less than useless. They don't read your e-mails and send out generic "it's temporarily lost in the post" messages with no suggestion of replacements.

This is a scam of rather epic proportions. They paid for a lot of banner advertising and the website was put together with care, providing specific measurements for each item and giving (bogus) information about the materials used.

I now have to go to the credit card company to get a refund and I'm really disappointed, because I thought I had finally found a website where I could find a lot of clothes I'd love.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
