When attempting to buy a dress off of this site, it tells you to send a Western Union Money Order over to someone in China (it does not offer you any alternative payment method). When you click on FAQ for the site, it says you can pay with PayPal so your order is secure when you checkout (again, no option to do it at checkout).
I placed the order anyways, and looked into "My Account" and on this page there is a section for a "billing agreement". I thought okay, maybe this is the way to connect to PayPal. Indeed, it says Create PayPal Billing Agreement. Whenever you click create however, a message comes up stating "PayPal gateway has rejected request. Merchant not enabled for reference transactions (#*******: Merchant not enabled for reference transactions)." -> Meaning PayPal does not view this Merchant as a trusted source, and therefore, the only way to pay for this is to create the Western Union Money Order for Hong Li, somewhere in China. Once you send the payment, you have to send a copy of the Western Union information to an email box for them to receive before they will start working on the dress.
Needless to say, this site is extremely shady; and when I looked it up for site integrity it received a 44% trust rating. I do not suggest purchasing any dresses from this website.
