Got confirmation they received my order and wouldn't charge me until items shipped.

Well it's now the 30th.

Tried both email and the two phone numbers listed (they automatically hang up immediately).
So, I think today is the BBB day and a call to Haines
If anyone else had issue but got help resolving it, I'd love to know!
