I didn't want to do this but they really really pushed me.

Order was delivered to the wrong person and so UPS picked it up. Then UPS calls me to say it's a damaged package. I refused it. Obviously. And it was sent back to the merchant. This was Dec 08 2020.

Merchant's designated carrier (Flagship) appears to have gotten the package.

Nonetheless, it is now Jan 20 2020 and I have NOT received my refund. Mind you, I haven't received the product either - not even laid eyes on it.

Customer service is terrible.

The Customer Service lady (Emily) I spoke to demanded a photo ID to issue a refund, and that without a photo ID then I can not receive a refund. Wow! Talk about sneaky and suspicious.

So I submitted one. Two weeks later, still no refund.

Their management is just as bad. I have left voicemails, but NONE were ever responded to.

I threatened to dispute with my bank and they didn't even care. So now they will face a barrage of truthfully negative comments and now a dispute too.

These people can not manage their customer service, have terrible ethics, and do not care about the well-being of their sales. If this is so, then I have no reservation but to conclude that their products are also carelessly built, thereby unsafe for any use.

Stay away. Let my experience be a lesson.
