Upper management will work you to the ground, they do not care about your health/wellness or really express empathy. There is not really work life balance here. Most of my team members were working 10+ hour days but the pay is minimal for job responsibilities. For anyone looking to work here, please know that there are many opportunities out there to thrive and grow professionally.
