I was sent the wrong colour size and style of ugg boots even though i paid and had the receipt for the original order they are denying all responsibility they will not refund my money or exchange the boots even though i am willing to pay the 15 % charge. These were an xmas present for my little girl now she has size nine boots she cannot wear, i have just lost my dad and niece to cancer at xmas are there no good people left in the world?
