I used to like this company's "Swimsuits For All" brand. In fact, I spent over $727 on swimwear orders from there since September 2020. In May I ordered a size 14 pink cover up from their Swimsuits For All brand. The cover up was $33 and it was part of an order costing $364 including tax. I received most of the order except the pink cover up. Instead I received a gigantic olive green t-shirt inside the cover up labeled packaging from the King Size label. So the label on the plastic packaging was correct - pink cover up. But the actual item inside was a green t-shirt from Kingsize. I may be a bit large at size 14 but I haven't reached the size of size 8XL yet! You would fit 4 of me in that shirt and still have room. I tried calling but couldn't get in touch with anyone. I sent a complaints email. They then expected me to go out of my way to mail back this massive t-shirt back to them and then they'd assess if I could have a refund or not. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why should I inconvenience myself in that way when I have spent so much money at this company? Just give me the $33 back or send the correct item. That's the fix. Why would I lie about this? It wasn't even the most expensive item I ordered! Extremely bad customer service. I'd understand if they sent me something wearable but it's size 8 XL! It's made for somebody on "My 600 lb Life" and not me! I'm not that fat yet. So I disputed the $33 on my credit card as this company was unhelpful. Just $33 (didn't even dispute the tax on the $33) on this $364 order. AND THEN I get a nastygram letter from Fullbeauty brand asking me to send them a check for $33 as unfortunately they did not receive that amount from my credit card company. Again, ARE YOU KIDDING me!? I've spent over $727 at this company in total over the past ten months. I live at the beach. I'd probably have spent another $700 by the end of this year. But nah not anymore! I will never, ever use them again and neither will anyone I know. Don't ever come after me again for this $33 or you'll be sued and I'll hand you back the Kingsize 8XL shirt in court. Clearly if I can drop $364 in one order on crap to wear at the pool, I can drop money to get this vile company out of my life.
