“Unreliable Design Tool”

I chose to go with this tool over a year ago and I still could not launch my website due to on-going errors with this tool. Every time there is a new issue with this tool. Once one issue gets fixed, another one comes up. I totally regret the time I decided to go with this tool; I am seriously considering buying another tool but I have to ensure that the next tool is really reliable.

If anyone can recommend an alternative tool, please reply.
