At yarnhookup.com I found the yarn I had been looking for. I placed an order for $250 and upon purchasing was then given the notice that all 10 skeins were back ordered. I immediately had the fear that it was an online scam since I was not notified of the back order before purchasing.
BUT, after notifying the company and getting a personal email response they apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that they are a small company and have to order in most yarn orders of large amounts. The owner, Chad, offered me a discount to re-purchase the yarn and promised a 2-3 day turnaround. So I thank them and want to make sure everyone understands that their website is a bit misleading but well meaning and backs up their promises.


Ordered online. Said they would deliver gift for daughter's birthday that day. It didn't arrive and I wasn't notified until I tried to call and the number wouldn't answer. I emailed and got a response that went back and forth apologizing but not offering other options. "If you'd like to have something else delivered let me know". "Okay, how do I do that?" I can give you a phone number. The number was the same one that didn't work. They then said they would cancel my order "tomorrow when I come in". Totally frustrating and unforgivable.
