At a time of grief and wanting to show compassion for a co-worker, this company did NOT deliver a floral arrangement! The order was placed two days ahead of time, allowing plenty of time for delivery. And of course they charged the credit card for a service that was NOT delivered. This is unacceptable at any time, but it is certainly unacceptable during time of grief... long distance. Avoid using this company! They are not trust worthy, especially at a time when expectations are high to show compassion and care.
