ITSM services? The director is a joke and does not know anything about ITSM. His Website is on par with my 10 year old sons ability, which coming from an ITSM guy is hilarious. I knew this guy for many years and if you actually google his company which has only been registered a few weeks you will know the truth. At best his skillset is just as good as the cold callers from India who attempt to know what they are doing. If you had any sense you would stay away from this website and the so called director if you want an amateur service which will harm your business rather than help it. His so called 11 years experience? Yeah right, check linked in and you will see his customers have hired him for just a month minimum. Providing solutions is not a monthly gig, you would need more time and guessing this companys bogus directors ability they cut him loose.
