My wife wanted some storage bin and found them on the Elelroys site, place the order and waited for delivery. A couple of weeks passed and in the mail box was a small 4"x4" bag containing a small mesh bag for a baby. She contacted them for word on her delivery and was told the goods had been received in our community mail box. The real goods never arrived so she was left out in the cold. Canada Post has confirmed that this is a scam that is happening quite often and they have reports about this type of vendor.

Buyer beware and STAY away from this company

I purchased a direct drive for my 3D printer and upon arrive I discovered the product to be wired wrong from the factory. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they offered to show me how to rewire it upon which I advised them I could not do that and offered to return the defective product at their nickel back to China. Long story short was in the end they called me a bad customer and in brackets wrote (REALLY MAD) and then refused to allow me to send them emails during this dispute process( they blocked my emails from going to their site) last time I remember someone calling me names and refuse to talk with me was in Grade 2!) I don't believe the people they hire and call customer service agents. I would advise everyone that is thinking of purchasing ANY product from Creality.com to think long and hard before you spent your hard in cash as there might not be any customer service if you have a problem

Think about if you are willing to purchase items that might not have any customer service

Banggood has done it again! I was shipped the wrong items and when I contacted them and did the send pictures and videos etc. they said they had made a mistake and I could keep the wrong items ( out in the garbage they went) then they offer me $1.09 less then the total of my invoice. Why do they try to get ever dollar out of a person after they make a mistake. Its not the $1.09 I am after its the principle,. I paid for the insurance and faster shipping and now they want to keep it. BUYER beware of Banggood trying these small little tricks to make a buck. I guess its time to look elsewhere.

Banggood unreasonable requests

I have placed over 130 orders with this company and the first time I have a problem they want what I would call a unreasonable request, I purchased some decals from them which do to there poor packaging processes (came in a plastic envelope) came bent just about in half also purchase a computer fan control which arrived with a problem of the alarm going off ever few minutes. I request a refund and what they want back is a video(of a bent decals?) and a video of the electronic unit not working? I have sent them pictures and explained my problem but if they continue to want things I can't provide and would have no meaning ( video of a bent decal), I would suggest after years of purchasing from them they have some unreasonable staff dealing with customer problem so buyer beware and you might want to consider purchasing your item from another company other than Banggood.com

Trying other companies in China or pay the extra and buy from Amazon.com

I had purchased a case for my Oculus Rift S headset from Urbansun through Amazon.ca which at the time stated for $12.98 they could deliver the product to me with in a few days. I waited the stated time period and then contacted them to ask where my shipment was and was advised by Urbansun that they had made an error on the Amazon.ca web site and the goods would not arrive on time but would arrive from China within a few weeks. I had asked for a refund on the express shipment cost of the $12.98 and they advised they would provide me with a credit once I received the goods. ( was dealing with Eva and Abby at the Urbansun should had know by then there was a problem not issuing the credit right away) Just want to let everyone know beware of this vendor they will not keep to their written word. I after several months waiting for my credit ( which they stated in a email they had already processed)and asking them why they offered a credit for $10.00 not the $12.98 after they stated they would refund shipping. When I suggested I would contact Amazon and have them look into this problem I was giving a credit right away for $10.00. It's not the $2.98 that I need its the principal that they are not keeping their word.( I will stated here that the product they supplied was of good quality). I get the following response and I quote

"Sorry for your inconvenience.
We had contact before if there have any ways to make up for your disappointment?
Will still issue free shipping if you willing help to remove negative review.

You can see if I will remove my review of their poor service from Amazon they will refund the balance of my credit. So beware of dealing with Urbansun via Amazon.ca.

Service Reps make statements that Amazon corporate will not back up

IT all started when I purchased a 3d printer, upon arrive I discovered that I could not level one of the corners of the printing bed. Thinking that I was new to the printer I was making a major mistake in the leveling process so for 3 weeks I tried to correct the problem to finally discover it was a defective unit and decided to return the unit to Amazon and purchase a new unit ( unit cost is around $750.00) I talked to nice lady called Soorya and she advised I could not replace the unit as it was from a 3 party but she could suggest I get a full refund and then re-order a new one. I told her I didn't want to order another unit at that cost and have the two on my credit card unit the return completed. She told me once I had taken the unit to the postal office and they could confirm it was on its way to contact Amazon and they would help me with a full refund so I could go ahead and purchase the second unit and only have the one charge on my credit card. So as of September 16 I contacted Amazon talked to Naveena and she now advises they can't issue the credit as per Sorya and it would be the normal 14 days from receipt of goods at their warehouse, upon questioning her on Sorya statement she offered to provide me with a credit in 3-5 business days from receipt of my goods. I wasn't happy so asked to chat with her next level of authority and was pass on to Robert. Glad I went up the ladder because all he said was it would take 14 days from receipt of the goods at their warehouse? As you can see it just gets better and better every time you talk to someone! I guess I would like to warn everyone that reads this review that Amazon can't backup any of their employees statements and they seem to just tell you want you want to hear and not react to a customers request. I have spent thousands of dollars with Amazon and I am starting to think its time to start thinking if a person should purchase any items from the on-line giant that Amazon has become. I would have happily lived with the 14 day wait period if two of their service reps had not promised me shorter wait times when I ask. Just wondering how many more people out there are having the same or similar problems with Amazon.ca?
