I have placed over 130 orders with this company and the first time I have a problem they want what I would call a unreasonable request, I purchased some decals from them which do to there poor packaging processes (came in a plastic envelope) came bent just about in half also purchase a computer fan control which arrived with a problem of the alarm going off ever few minutes. I request a refund and what they want back is a video(of a bent decals?) and a video of the electronic unit not working? I have sent them pictures and explained my problem but if they continue to want things I can't provide and would have no meaning ( video of a bent decal), I would suggest after years of purchasing from them they have some unreasonable staff dealing with customer problem so buyer beware and you might want to consider purchasing your item from another company other than Banggood.com
