I took the help of this company for a massive event, and they outsourced most of the stuff to the vendors and didn't pay them. When I heard of it from a vendor, I talked to the person who was managing the even, and he assured me that the payments are made to all the vendors, but they can be delayed as the company is growing and the employees have to juggle a lot. I think they should pay everyone on time and even before the event so that the quality of the work doesn't suffer if a vendor is angry.
