If I could I would give them negative starts.
I have been calling for six weeks originally for date change for my flight. I purchased my ticket in October for my trip in January. End of October, I called Flight Hub if it is possible to change the date and how much will it cost. I specifically said, I do not want to change my inbound flight since I am coming back with my family. They gave me the price (Fee + airfare difference), which seems reasonable to me. I told them to go ahead change it. They emailed me next day stating my reservation need urgent attention. I called them to find out ticket is not available for days I want. I told them, "It's alright, I would like to keep my original ticket as is". After that my original ticket been a mess. They canceled my original ticket before checking if new dates are available, and original ticket was lost too. They didn't tell me this until 3 weeks before my departure. I have been calling since to check on my ticket which was in processing since October. They never mentioned before that ticket is not available anymore. Once, I called expressing that I am very concerned about this ticket that I am nightmare of not being able to go on this trip. I mentioned repeatedly that this trip is very important to me.
I have talked to the supervisors, one of them mentioned that someone will call me back, and second one actually hung up on me.
This is rude.
