I've had my VIP Membership for a while now. Most of the sets I've received I've liked. Occasionally there will be an issue with fit or something off making it uncomfortable but I've never honestly tired to return it so I've never dealt with their customer service. You have to make sure you skip the month at the beginning of each month, otherwise they'll charge the card for store credit. If you forget you have 30 days to tell them you forgot and they'll reverse the transaction. If you realize past the 30 days then it's too late and they can't refund you. I originally joined because they had 30 band sizes which no one else seems to hold but recently all of their new stuff says "sold out" of anything band size 30 as soon as they announce it which means, to me, they just aren't making them anymore. That's the reason I'm cancelling my membership. Overall I didn't have any problems as long as I stayed on top of skipping the month.
