I recently purchased a hoodie from this website and was emailed saying they didn't have the color I had selected. They offered to replace it with another color and i said no. They have yet to refund me my money and they have not answered any of my emails asking them to do so. Horrible customer service!

Costumer service is absolutely HORRIFIC! I am tremendously DISSATISFIED with my product. I ordered a dress which was made with the incorrect fabric. When I contacted customer service about this the woman said that I would need to pay the high postage and tax to return it. She continued to state that the item was likely to get lost on the return way and I would be completely responsible for the return. I was offered a 5% refund to keep the dress which would not be near enough to cover the cost it would take to make the dress wearable since they used the entirely wrong fabric. Costumer service refused to negotiate to reasonable solution. They take days to reply and each time it is a different person. They refused to give me the return form when I asked and were very UNPROFESSIONAL. I am completely OUTRAGED. If I could give a zero star review I would. I would highly recommend taking your service elsewhere as this whole situation has been a NIGHTMARE!
