I received an item which was far worse quality than shown on the website and very poorly tailored. There was no way I could wear it, and I was pretty annoyed that I waited 2 weeks to receive the item, for it to be nothing like shown online.
So I contacted Yoins re. Returns, since I couldn't find any information about this on the website. Rather than give me the requested returns address and guidelines, they ask me to send them a photo?! Very weird - no normal retailer does this. I had to persist several times to get the returns address and then they said I would have to pay return shipping even though the item is not as shown, which makes them liable. They clearly don't care - they have my money and I wouldn't trust them to refund it even after I've returned the item. Seems like they are based in China, hence the very long delivery times.
Conclusion: Definitely not recommended. Poor quality (material and fit). No returns. Poor customer service. Cheap, but now I've paid $30 for an item I cannot wear...
