II did have a conversation within the first 30 days regarding not wishing to proceed with your serveries once I discovered that there was a annual agreement requirement which I specifically did not want. To date, no changes are apparent on the site as specifically requested NOR receipt of any type of confirmation via. Postcard, never received. Therefore no Outward document proof of services activated other than insider sale notes:
"Performance Guarantee: If publisher does not activate service within the first thirty (30) days of this agreement, client may opt out of this agreement without penalty and receive a 100% refund of start up fees. I agree to the terms of service set forth at publisher's"
