Isobel from customer care is horrible. She just hanged up on me and very rude.
I canceled items 2 month ago, but received and charged me. They told that if I don't want them, I have to send them back which I have to pay shipping fees.
I have my cancelation email from them, but they refuse to pay me back the shipping fees.
This is ridiculous!
