Update 3/14/20: I contacted the manufacturer of two of the items on my order. They contacted ProWinds, and I received a items-shipped email with a tracking number. The shipment arrived but was not complete. I ordered four items and received two. One came as ordered. The second was an acceptable substitute brand. Of the two unshipped items, one was on the packing slip as not shipped. The other was not acknowledged.
Original post: I didn't receive the items I ordered on 2/26/20. The total cost is less than $100. Status tracker shows the order is pending. ProWinds doesn't answer emails regarding this.
