My daughter canceled a flight (took another one a day later) using justfly. She never received her refund, over 3 weeks now, on phone for hours, and all she gets is the run around. Now they tell her they need to conduct a review? Why wasn't this done immediately after she canceled her flight? Why wait 3 weeks to tell her that? Now she has to wait another week! Seriously?
