Ordered a book in Sept. No communication about it, saying that it was backordered. It finally shipped end of Nov., just before exams! After it arrived, I looked through my emails to get info. To try to return it, but didn't have any. Looked on the student account on their website, but according to it, there was no such order. So I opened the package to see if there was any info. In there, but there wasn't. Called their customer service number found on their website, but was told that since I had opened it, it couldn't be returned. Garbage! They *generously* offered to let me attempt to sell it on their marketplace. Big whoop!
If the company reads this, don't bother telling me to contact your customer service, because I did so twice, and it was useless. I should be given a full refund for this book that I was unable to use, plus I should be refunded the shipping I paid to get it to me.
