Since I wrote the negative review of Thred Up, I would like to revise it, since they did finally get back to me and gave me credit for the wrong sized garment. They also told me to keep it or give it to charity, the latter being what I will do.
The garment was in very good shape, as promised, just not the size indicated on the site.
So, I will give them the benefit of the doubt here, maybe they are just slow in getting their customer service up and running.
“Size advertised not not what I received.”

I order a L size, but I received L petite. The label in the shirt clearly say Petite. BUt it did not say it on the ordering page. I checked twice.
I am 5'9".
When I tried to find an accurate way to return it on the site, there were no options for feedback or how to return it because of the wrong size. The website is terrible. Hard to buy something unless you do it on AMazon. I will not buy from them again. As a former website designer my self, I think they should hire someone who knows how to design a website so it takes you from one area to another in a manner that makes sense, doesn't skip all over the place and provide customer service forms and return forms in an easily accessible manner on all platforms.
I hope the other item that I ordered will be the correct L size.
