“Great customer service”

I ordered a part for my refrigerator, but when it came in it was wrong. Everything in the Manuel said it should be the correct part. I called and the employee that answered, Tammy, was very helpful and we worked together to find out that they actually made 2 different parts for my refrigerator. All in all I got the right part ordered and installed and the wrong part sent back. Great customer service!
