Purchased a $150 entry rug from them and had to pay $30 for shipping. Got my purchase receipt in email, and waited for a shipping confirmation. And waited. And waited. Took them EIGHT DAYS just to ship my rug, and it appears that it will be another week before it arrives. Meanwhile, almost instantly I started getting spammed by their marketing department.
Hint: Frontgate... in the time it has taken you to process ONE ORDER I have made and RECEIVED seven separate orders from Amazon. Why / how are you still in business? I will NOT make this mistake again!
