Bought our tickets and paid more than 70 dollars in fees. Couldn't attend and relisted the tickets for a little less and paid another 20 fee... a bit steep on the fees!
Thank so much for your feedback. We fully recognize fees associated with buying and selling tickets is the worst part of the experience. We work constantly to try to make sure our fees as comparable or better then our competitors when we can. We do use those fees to improve our platform and make sure we can keep providing excellent service.
