I went to donate blood today, 11/17, at the Reynoldsburg Ohio Police Department Red Cross blood drive. My appointment was for 10:00. I arrived 10 minutes early, as did another person. We stood there till 10. At 10:00, the lady in charge came and told us, "sorry, it'll be another 15 or 20 minutes". No explanation. She could have at least told us earlier. They're paid; we're volunteers. They showed no respect for our time. The other fellow and I both left. Also, the male member of the Red Cross team was wearing his mask down on his chin the entire time... no respect for COVID protocols.

Our package was to go to the local UPS Store. They were open, the FedEx driver drove by, but never even stopped to try to deliver the package. He lied and generated an exception, saying that the business was closed. The UPS Store employees have told us that this is a common occurrance. What's especially frustrating is that there is no way to let FedEx know about this, so they can take corrective action... their website does not allow you to complain about things like this, apparently.

We've been WSJ wine customers for years now. When things go well, they're great. Good prices, and we like their wines. But when things go wrong, e.g. shipments delayed or damaged, their systems never give us the correct status, and customer service doesn't know what's going on either. It's very frustrating. They need to update their systems so they don't show outdated delivery information.
