Poorly made unit from a difficult company to deal with. Received as a gift that doesn't work well, has problems with suction mount and the plastic drive breaking parts. Unit supposedly needs any smooth surface but will only stick for a few motions of handle. Unit is difficult to hold, and handle is hard to turn. Notifying company begins run around. They ask for purchase info; it was a gift. Then they ask for info again, so I contacted giver and got info. Then they say they can't ID me as purchaser, right I didn't purchase, IT WAS A GIFT! Unit has a lifetime warranty; I just don't know whose lifetime!

Tempted by their ads I should have read other reviews on the web. Their eye exam is done remotely by who knows who or where and typical yes/no flip the lens 10 seconds later flip some more. Communication with examiner difficult because of system and set up. They only correct to 20/40 which is minimum for state of Wisconsin. If you want 20/20 correction... go some place else. Employees are not cordial and some act like they don't really know what they are doing. The ad pricing is for dollar store type glasses is enticing but when you get down to real glasses they are significantly higher priced than any chain store optical I have ever visited. They are based on profit only, service is non existent. I was told glasses will take a month to get so 2 weeks into the process I'm waiting. If the end product is anything like what others have gotten I'll end up going elsewhere for real glasses.

We bought this washer to replace an older Maytag unit. The unit has major faults in it's sensors and spin cycles. The 700 RPM spin cycle has the machine walking all over the floor It has cracked tile on my first floor laundry area and has loosened plumbing in the walls to the point of loud rattling. Nothing has burst yet but I have added shock adsorbing material under the edges of the unit that has helped immensely. Contacting GE does no good since the machine 'works' and does not need service. It seems more and more of these appliances are never used by the designers or they would never make into the market place. I do not recommend this washer from GE.

I am not a big visitor to downtown Chicago so when my son said the Dearborn restaurant had good reviews I decided to visit with my family on a trip to the Shedd Aquarium in the area. I was greatly disappointed. The service was excellent the atmosphere was acceptable. The restaurant was busy. There were some questionable items on the menu. The Ruben sandwich ($15) was not available, the Chicken meatball AND kale soup was kale soup WITH chicken meatballs ($10), the Mac and cheese was more of a Alfredo with flat noodles and very thin cheese sauce ($10), the kids burger was a disappointment ($10), the fish (2 small pieces) and chips were served half done with cold greasy chips (French fries) ($18). Over all the food was poor and the quality far from what I would have expected from a decent upscale restaurant. To add to the event when I returned home and checked my CC records I found there was an error in the amount of tip I left (25%, the service was good), it was not significant, less than a dollar but still an error and I'm not about to drive 100 miles over a dollar.

I will not return.

I tried to contact the company but they no longer accept open contact about their products. I used to be a great fan of Miracle Whip and Kraft Mayo but not any more. I can not say what they have done to the "New' products but they are awful. They don't even come close to the texture and flavor of past products. The texture is not as creamy and in my opinion the taste is nothing like the original. I won't be using anything from Kraft any time soon.

Having purchased product from them before I knew their quality control wasn't up to the standards they profess to meet. Many capsule type products are never full caps. Usually 75% to 90% filled. Recently because of concerns that something had changed I started opening and tasting each product ordered and found their probiotic-10 complete was finely ground 'salt'. This makes me wonder if any of the vitamins and herbs I have been buying are what they say they are. Feedback to their customer service has gone unanswered for months.

Tophatter has mostly rip offs. Selling items supposedly equal to other at hundreds of dollars for a few bucks. I ordered 5 items, took month or more to get and they were junk. A shaver that doesn't shave, a radar detector that doesn't, a smart watch that requires a $50 a month app, diamond hole cutter set that falls apart, a temp gun that's 20 degrees F off, and a SD card that worked 1 day. I wouldn't buy anything from this site. It makes the slogan Buyer beware have a whole new meaning.
