It is shocking to me that I ordered 2 feathers with 2 cross bases and you only sent me 1 cross base. After twice reporting this, I am just purchasing another one on my own--fixing your mistake! Absolutely ridiculous.

Check-out is clunky and annoying with delivery vs shipping addresses if they're different.

Our support team did respond to your email dated 5 January requesting a picture of the shipping package. This helps us file a claim with FedEx if necessary.
Nevertheless, since you have already placed a new order for one cross base, we have submitted a refund request for the same value on your original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed.
