After 2 weeks they gave me answer back saying the order was automatically canceled and with 4 POSSIBLE reasons... What a waste of time. Being 62 and having ordered thousands of items from other vendors... This is a first with no concrete answer. Reasonable is contacting me if there was a problem. My email address was right on the order and they sent me a, please leave proper feedback email right after the purchase. So for there lack of customer care with no communication or follow up when They automatically cancelled my order they get a 1 star but my experience with them has been a 0- star experience! Treating people right equals positive feedback and sales.
